I have been suffering from hypothyroidism for the last four years. I take Eltroxine 50 mcg every morning, but in my blood test report which came yesterday, TSH is 7.4. How can I keep my thyroid normal? I am a working female and got married last year.

TSH above 5 indicates under treatment. You may need dose adjustment. Please take Free T3, Free T4, and Anti TPO to guide management.
