I have been suffering from urination problems for the past four to five months. I urinate 8 to 10 times at night and pass more urine while sitting than standing. I went to the hospital, but my lab reports and USG are normal. The doctor advised taking Tab Cystone, but it has not cured me. Please advise, as I am suffering a lot.

You may be experiencing nocturia due to bladder irritation, overactive bladder, or undiagnosed diabetes. Since USG and urine tests were normal, but symptoms persist, further tests are needed. Cystone may not help in all urinary conditions. Also check for any neurological or prostate-related causes if male. Consult a urologist for detailed evaluation.

View allI am feeling very weak and there is constant swelling in my body. My blood report shows epithelial cells present at 8 to 10. Is this normal?

Bacterial growth was found in my urine culture report. The drug sensitivity test report shows resistance to Norflox, Gara, Amikacin, Cyprobid, and Septran.

I have attached the medical report for your review. The findings mention that the walls of the bladder are thickened, and one kidney is smaller in size. I would like to understand what complications can arise from this condition, what treatment options are available, and what precautions should be taken. Is this a life threatening disease, or can it reduce my friend lifespan? Also, I am worried, will he have to spend the rest of his life bedridden?
