I am feeling very weak and there is constant swelling in my body. My blood report shows epithelial cells present at 8 to 10. Is this normal?

Epithelial cells 8 to 10 per HPF in urine may suggest contamination, or mild irritation, not always serious. But your weakness and swelling need a full check up. Please get a urine culture and also rule out kidney or thyroid issues.
