I have cough problem and feeling weak also. The saturation goes down to 92. Please prescribe medication.

If the oxygen saturation is going down to 92 percent, it is important to investigate further. Weakness and cough may be signs of underlying respiratory infection or anemia. Please avoid self medication. Prescribing medicine without seeing the full report is not advised.

My son has been suffering from a fever for the past 2 months. We have consulted a doctor, but there has been no significant relief. For the past 6 to 7 days, he has also been experiencing constipation. His blood reports are mostly normal, his platelet count is 1,05,000, and haemoglobin is 13.5. The fever is not daily but typically appears between 12 to 3 PM. We have given him Meftagesic Plus, Calpol, and Ibugesic, but the fever keeps returning twice a week.
