I have developed fat deposits around both eyes, which started after I completed graduation. There is no family history of this, and my cholesterol levels are normal. I have previously had one removal procedure, but the deposits are slowly increasing again. Could you please advise on possible interventions?

Fat lines or yellowish patches around the eyes are called xanthelasma can occur even with normal cholesterol. Recurrence is common after burning/removal. May be linked to local fat metabolism, thyroid, diabetes,or liver issues. You can consider laser removal or dermatologist guided chemical treatment. Repeat lipid profile and check thyroid and liver function to rule out hidden causes.
