I have fissure with bleeding, tight poop, and pain. I can see some black particles in my stool. What are they? Is this normal? I have attached my report.

Bleeding with fissure is common. Black particles may be old blood but if it persists, stool test is needed. Increase fluids, fiber, and use sitz baths. Do the required stool examination and consult a gastroenterologist if symptoms worsen.
