I have had a 100 degrees Fahrenheit fever for the past several days, sometimes normal and sometimes 100 degrees Fahrenheit again, along with body aches. Now I am experiencing pain and difficulty while passing urine. Blood and urine reports are attached. Please guide me on what to do.

This could point to a urinary tract infection or another low grade infection. Since you have fever with urine issues, it is important to confirm infection and treat appropriately.

View allNine years ago, I had an infection following a dog bite, which caused my eosinophils to increase significantly, and I was on bed rest for 8 months. Since then, I have been doing a CBC test every year. I have noticed that my WBC and platelets have been decreasing year after year, and I randomly experience body itching. My WBC and platelets have now fallen to the lower margins. Why is this happening? Does the infection from 9 years ago have any role in this, or is there some other reason? I have consulted many doctors and searched online, but I cannot understand the reason. Can anyone help me understand this?

My blood test report shows ESR 36 and monocytes 0. I do not have fever, chills, or burning urination, but I do have back pain. Is having 0 monocytes normal, and can it be harmful for my body?

Please advise what could be the reason for the increased WBC count, and which specialist should I consult for further evaluation.
