I have had fever for 20 days and body pains. In my urine test report, it shows 1 to 2 hpf pus cells and 10 to 12 epithelial cells. Is there any problem, doctor?

The epithelial cells are mildly elevated and may suggest contamination. Pus cells are minimal. Likely not the cause of your fever. Further tests like CBC and imaging may be needed to identify the fever source.

I have been experiencing extreme weakness and fatigue. This started after I had a cough and lung infection in January due to dust. The cough reduced within a week, and everything seemed normal. I have thyroid and take 25 mcg, and my thyroid levels were checked in March and were under good control. Since recovering from the cough, I have lost weight and continue to feel very weak.
