I have had neck muscle and some joint pain for the past four months, followed by headache and fatigue all day. I got a CBC done, which showed high atypical lymphocytes, and then I had a peripheral blood smear done. Are these reports normal?

Neck pain, fatigue, and headache with atypical lymphocytes suggest a post viral condition or mild inflammation. Atypical lymphocytes can appear in viral infections, stress, or autoimmune issues. If peripheral smear is normal, it rules out serious blood disorders. Track symptoms and get a full review if fatigue and pain persist.

View allI have been diagnosed with a low fever, less than 99.6, for the past two months. After blood tests, results indicated low hemoglobin, low MCV, MCH, and MCHC, and high RDW. I have attached liver profile test, urine analysis, thyroid, and CBC reports. I was prescribed Livogen, calcium, and magnesium tablets. After three days of taking these tablets, my fever spiked to 100. I am eating better and feel better overall, except for the fever. I do not have fatigue.
