I have joint pain in my wrists and ankles, especially in the morning when I wake up, which gradually decreases during the day but increases again in the evening. I also experience constipation, bloating, and acidity. I am sharing my blood report. Please advise how to reduce these symptoms?

I have been experiencing vertigo (chakkar) daily for the past 10 days. I am also undergoing treatment for back pain. Hi doctors, I did my regular blood report which came normal, but my ESR was 25 mm. I do not have any symptoms nor have I had any infection recently. Why is it high if the normal range is 0 to 15? Please suggest. Is it too high? I am worried.
