I have less hunger and visited a consultant. My creatinine level is greater than 10. The size of my kidneys has decreased: right kidney 8.8 cm, left kidney 8.5 cm. Cortical echogenicity is raised in both kidneys. The pelvicalyceal system is normal in both kidneys. What does this indicate?

High creatinine, reduced kidney size, and raised echogenicity strongly indicate chronic kidney disease (CKD). Less hunger is also a common symptom. Consultation with a nephrologist is important for further evaluation and planning. Regular monitoring and supportive treatment can help slow progression.

Take a KFT with Electrolytes (Kidney Funtion) Test or Take a eGFR Test (Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate) Test
