High BP and high creatinine means possible kidney damage. Needs strict BP control, monitoring. Recovery depends on cause, treatment speed. May improve, but full recovery not guaranteed. Do Creatinine, Electrolytes, BP checks.

My recent blood test report shows: Creatinine: 1.39 mg/dL Uric Acid: 6.8 mg/dL Hemoglobin: 5.2 gm RBC: 5.1 million/cmm I am hypertensive and take Metoprolol 25 mg once daily and Telmisartan 20 mg twice daily. I am 38 years old, 6 ft 2 in tall, and weigh 97 kg. How can I lower my creatinine and uric acid levels?

The lab report shows HbA1c 6.70, serum creatinine 2.75, uric acid 10.4, serum chloride 95, blood urea 120, BUN 56.1, hemoglobin 9.8, and blood sugar 113. Are these values normal? What should be done?
