The lab report shows HbA1c 6.70, serum creatinine 2.75, uric acid 10.4, serum chloride 95, blood urea 120, BUN 56.1, hemoglobin 9.8, and blood sugar 113. Are these values normal? What should be done?

You have uncontrolled diabetes (HbA1c 6.7), impaired kidney function (creatinine 2.75, urea 120, BUN 56.1), hyperuricemia, and anemia (Hb 9.8). This needs urgent nephrologist and diabetologist care. Dietary changes, hydration, sugar control, and possible uric acid lowering agents are needed. Repeat RFT, CBC, HbA1c after 2 weeks.
Dr. Vasanthasree Suggests...
Take a KFT with Electrolytes (Kidney Funtion) Test or Take a HbA1c Test (Hemoglobin A1c) Test

Sir, my father is 46 years old and has diabetes. His blood pressure is 130/40 mmHg. In his recent test, his creatinine is 1.3 mg/dL. Can this be reduced, or is it a permanent condition?
Answered by Apollo Doctors
My serum creatinine level is 1.5 mg/dL. Does this indicate any abnormality? I consulted a urologist, but he did not mention anything about it.
