Question

I have multiple cysts on my testis, including three larger ones and many smaller ones. Is there any treatment option besides surgery? Also, how can I confirm if these are actually cysts or something else what tests would be needed for that?

Yes, there are some treatment options for multiple testicular cysts besides surgery, and several tests can help confirm the diagnosis. Initially, an ultrasound of the scrotum is a good first step. In some cases, aspiration (draining the fluid) or percutaneous sclerotherapy (killing the cyst cells with an injection) might be options. Surgical removal is usually reserved for larger cysts or those causing pain or other complications
