I have no allergic symptoms but slight pain in neck and back muscles while doing computer work. Appetite, motion, and sleep are all normal. I did this blood test myself as I do it every year for a health checkup. I have had COVID twice, in May (moderate) and January (mild). No hospitalization or steroids were used. Please guide me based on the blood report?

Your symptoms suggest muscle strain, not infection. CBC is likely normal based on description. Stretching, ergonomic posture, and regular breaks may help. COVID recovery could leave mild inflammation, but symptoms seem mechanical.
