I have received my AMH (Anti Mullerian Hormone) test report, but I am not sure how to interpret it. Could you please tell me if it is considered poor, medium, high, or concerning? Also, could you suggest any Ayurvedic remedies or lifestyle measures to improve it?

Low AMH suggests reduced ovarian reserve. Its not dangerous but may affect fertility. Consult a gynecologist for guidance. Ayurvedic support like Ashwagandha or Shatavari may help but not replace treatment.

I have a very low AMH of 0.2 and FSH of 12. My Vitamin D level is also very low. Can AMH improve by taking Vitamin D supplements? I underwent one monitored ovulation cycle, but the follicle did not rupture even after it grew fully. Is there still a chance of natural pregnancy?
