I have recently done a blood test, and my report shows a fasting blood glucose of 286 mg/dl and postprandial glucose of 393 mg/dl. Please suggest how I can control this by managing my diet and doing exercise. Which foods should be avoided?

Your sugar levels are very high. Start diet change immediately: avoid sugar, white rice, sweets, fried foods. Eat more fiber, whole grains, vegetables, and protein. Walk daily. Likely needs medication too. Consult endocrinologist.
