I have swollen lymph nodes under my arm for the last 6 months. They appear some days and disappear on other days. They are painful. Doctors gave me some pills, but there was no response. I took a blood report, but everything is normal. The lymph nodes can be felt but not seen.

Does the below test report indicate any potential problems during pregnancy? My haemoglobin and RBC count are lower than normal, while the WBC count is higher than the normal range.
