I have taken a blood test. I have elevated RBC and iron binding capacity. Is this normal? This is causing anxiety to me.

A mildly elevated RBC count or Iron Binding Capacity (TIBC) is usually not a cause for concern. It may happen due to hydration levels, high altitude, or mild iron changes. If Hemoglobin, Serum Ferritin, and Serum Iron are normal, theres usually nothing to worry about. Anxiety can also affect your well being and perception. You can repeat the tests in 2 to 4 weeks for confirmation.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT (CBC) Test or Take a IRON STUDIES (IRON + TIBC) Test

I had swollen lymph nodes measuring 1.2 by 0.7 cm in the posterior neck. The FNAC report is reactive. I have two blood reports, one from 27 February and one from 21 April. Is there anything I need to worry about? The node has been persistent for six months.

I was infected with COVID in June. I did not do a second test as my doctor advised it was unnecessary. I have been experiencing a sinus infection for the past 20 to 25 days. My CT PNS report does not show any opacity, so my doctor said it is not black fungus. However, my blood report shows high lymphocyte count. Is this lymphocytosis, or is it normal? Please advise. I have attached my blood test report for reference.
