I have tested positive for NA1 and AG in my dengue test report. What do these results actually indicate, and what treatment or remedies should I follow?

NA1/AG positivity confirms dengue virus infection. Treatment is mainly supportive, rest, fluids, and regular platelet monitoring.

Hi Doctor, I have been experiencing headache, eye pain, fever, stomach pain, red skin spots, body pain, leg pain, and occasional nosebleeds. Four days ago, I consulted a doctor, underwent a CBC test, and was told it was viral fever. However, now I have noticed red skin spots and rare nosebleeds, which are making me concerned. I would like to know if this could be dengue or just viral fever, and whether dengue is curable. I have attached my CBC report (done 4 days ago) along with the prescriptions I am currently taking. Please advise if the current treatment is sufficient or if I should undergo further tests or treatment.
