I have a thyroid condition and am taking medication, which keeps it under control. Lately, I have been experiencing frequent memory problems and difficulty recalling things or speaking clearly. This is affecting me both at work and personally. Could this be related to my thyroid, or should I consult a specialist? Please guide me.

Memory issues may be thyroid/stress/vitamin related. Recheck thyroid even if on control. Do TSH, T3, T4, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D tests. Sleep well, hydrate, try mindfulness. See neurologist if it persists.
Dr. Shaik Suggests...
Take a Thyroid Profile (T3 T4 TSH) Test Test or Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test

The main findings are: TSH is about three times higher than normal, and there are deficiencies in Vitamin B and Vitamin D. Kindly guide me on which specialist to visit.

I am 77 years old and have a history of type 2 diabetes for the past 32 years, hypertension, and thyroid issues. My creatinine is varying around 1.55, and my conditions are generally controlled with medication, though there are reasonable variations. My blood pressure also fluctuates. However, my pulse rate is always higher than normal, within a range of 90 to 100. I also experience fatigue most of the time. Can you please explain the reason for this, its effects, and possible remedies? Thank you.

This is my routine blood test report, which I take every 3 to 6 months to check my thyroid. Last time, the doctor advised me to take Thyronorm 75 mg tablet, which I completed yesterday. I have now gone for my checkup. I just want to know whether I have to continue the same medicine or not. My reports are attached above.
