I have thyroid. My recent test report shows T3 118, T4 7.21 and TSH 3rd generation 6.89. I am having a nasty headache at the top of my head and pain around my eyes. Can anyone suggest some medicines?

TSH is slightly high, suggesting mild hypothyroidism. Headaches could be due to TSH fluctuation. Continue thyroxine as advised by your doctor.

View allHi Doctor, I have been dealing with a mild thyroid issue (TSH 5.0) for the past 8 months. Recently, I noticed dry skin, so I repeated the thyroid test, and now my TSH is 7.8. How concerning is this? Can it be managed through nutrition, meditation, and exercise, or should I consult a doctor as soon as possible? I would greatly appreciate your advice. Please refer to the attached screenshot of my test report.
