Low lymphocytes and high MPV can occur in viral infections. Continue rest, hydration, and consult doctor if symptoms persist.

View allHello Sir/Mam, I have had a fever for three days. On day four, I went to the doctor who advised me to do a blood test. In the test, my ESR is 100. The doctor said there is swelling in my liver and also mentioned that if I get a fever again, I should do a lung X ray. Kindly guide me, is this a serious problem? Why did the doctor suggest a lung X ray? I have also attached the report, please check.
