I just completed a 7 day alcohol detox. My recent blood test shows: ALT: 61 (normal range 1 to 33) AST: 69 (normal range 14 to 34) I am very worried about this. I have not had alcohol for 8 days and plan to continue staying sober. As I maintain sobriety, is it possible for these liver enzyme levels to return to the normal range and for me to live a healthy life? I have uploaded my blood report for reference.

These are reversible with continued abstinence. Liver enzymes can normalize in weeks. Avoid alcohol completely, hydrate well, and eat light.

My Typhi Dot IgM was positive, and the titre was slightly elevated. I took Doxcef O for 10 days and also received the typhoid vaccine. Despite this, I still feel like vomiting after eating, and I am experiencing leg pain and overall weakness. This is the first time I have had typhoid, and someone mentioned that I might have become a chronic carrier, which has made me anxious. Is this a serious issue, or can it be fully cured? How long does recovery usually take? I have attached my report for your review.

Dear Sir, My blood report shows SGPT level of 70, urine is normal, and hemoglobin is 11. What should I do? I am taking the following treatments of Syp Winoliv for liver, Syp Multivitamin, and Syp Iron supplements. Is there a chance of joint pain due to high SGPT?

Hi, I have gone through a few tests. Renal function test values are low: Urea 14 (19 to 43), Blood urea nitrogen 6.5 (9 to 20), Potassium 3.3 (3.5 to 5.1). Liver function test: ALT/SGPT 13 (21 to 72), A/G ratio 1.47 (0.8 to 1.2). Can you advise if there are any issues? Thank you.
