I missed my period last month, my last period was on 27th April. I have not had intercourse, nor was there any ejaculation. My partner penis touched my vagina through clothes, and he also fingered me, but he washed his hands with shampoo and water before doing so. My cycle is 35 days. I took a beta HCG test on 1st June, which was 0.10. My doctor prescribed Crina NCR 10, which I last took on Saturday. I still have not had my period. The doctor also suggested Hb, thyroid, prolactin tests, and a pelvic ultrasound. My results are: Prolactin: 90 Thyroid: 3 Hb: 8.2 Pelvic USG: right ovary adherent to uterine wall, multiple peripheral follicles in ovary, endometrium thickness 14.2 mm Can I be pregnant? After taking Crina last Saturday, my period has still not started. Please help me understand what these reports suggest.

Pregnancy unlikely. High prolactin and anemia could delay periods. Uterine findings suggest hormonal imbalance. Take a repeat beta hCG to confirm non pregnancy and consult for endocrine workup.
Dr. Kamran Suggests...
Take a Beta HCG Test Test or Take a Prolactin Test Test

View allI recently did a serum beta hCG test and want to understand the result. I think the test indicates a negative pregnancy result, but if I am not pregnant, what could be the reason for my missed period? My periods are usually regular, and this is the first time I have missed one.
