I need your advice regarding my lipid profile test report. The results have been increasing despite me taking precautions with my diet and lifestyle, and I am also taking Ayurvedic medicines for it.

I recently had a lipid profile test, and the results are: HDL: 38 mg/dL LDL: 120 mg/dL Triglycerides: 169 mg/dL Non HDL: 153 mg/dL Are these results okay? What can I do to increase HDL and lower LDL? Please guide me.
