I recently got my blood sugar test done with fasting and my report showed 99 mg/dl. I performed the same test 8 months ago and it was 84. I am also currently undergoing homeopathy treatment. Please advise if my report is normal. I do not want it to reach 100 mg/dl. How can I lower it? I am worried.

Your fasting sugar is still within normal range, but borderline. Please take an HbA1c test and repeat fasting sugar in 3 months to monitor your glucose trend.
Dr. Vasanthasree Suggests...
Take a HbA1c Test (Hemoglobin A1c) Test or Take a FBS (Fasting Blood Sugar )Test Test

Recently, I had a blood sugar test with the following results: Fasting blood sugar: 170 mg/dl Post lunch blood sugar: 281 mg/dl Could you please help me understand these results? Do they indicate diabetes?
