I recently got tested for a pap smear and my report is negative, but I am having endocervicitis, inflammation, and mild pain. Is it okay to do exercise and yoga while having cervicitis? Or should I avoid workouts?

Light yoga and mild exercise are usually safe. Avoid intense core workouts until symptoms settle. Maintain hygiene and follow treatment given by your gynecologist. Pain killers if adviced to be taken for pain

I am experiencing symptoms like swollen lymph nodes, oral thrush, tiredness, kapha, and nail line changes. Based on my report, is it conclusive, or should I take a retest?
