I recently had a blood test, and my SGOT level came out as 44, while the normal range is 0 to 40. What does this elevated SGOT indicate, and should I be concerned?

Slightly raised SGOT (44) is not dangerous if SGPT is normal. Can happen after medicines, exercise, or mild infections. Repeat LFT after 1to2 weeks with a light diet.
