I recently had my HbA1c tested, and the report indicates that I am in the borderline diabetes range. I believe stress may be a contributing factor. I am really concerned and need guidance on dietary changes to help manage this and regain my fitness. I also have hypothyroidism for 11 years and take Thyronorm 75 mg regularly. Please advise on the best approach to manage both my blood sugar and thyroid health.

HbA1c borderline needs diet changes. Reduce carbs, sugar, processed food. Exercise 30 mins/day. Maintain TSH less than 3. Consider seeing a dietician.

Take a Lipid Profile Test Test or Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test
