I suffer from frequent urination, so I do not drink much water. Sometimes my lower right back hurts, especially when I bend. However, when I drink plenty of water, the pain slowly goes away. My urine report shows turbid transparency and light yellow color, specific gravity 1.030, WBC 6 to 8/HPF, calcium oxalate crystals (+), and epithelial cells 10 to 12/HPF. Chemical examination is normal. RBC, casts, pH level, and pus cells are normal. Can you please diagnose and give suggestions?

Hi, can someone help me interpret my child urine report? The details are as follows: color pale yellow, appearance clear, volume 20 ml, pH 6.0, specific gravity 1.020, sugar nil, protein nil, ketone bodies nil, bile salts nil, bile pigments negative, pus cells 3 to 4, red blood cells 0 to1, epithelial cells 3 to 5, casts nil, crystals nil, others nil. My 15 months old daughter is having fever cough and cold since last 6 days. She was coughing and having severe cold which is now reduced somewhat. Still coughing is there. At start she was getting fever around 99 to 100 degree in every 8 hrs but now she is getting fever in every 6 hrs. Pediatrician told us to do xray and blood report. I have attached the same in the chat. Xray report is also normal. Now doctor told to get urine tested. She had UTI 3 months back. Can someone suggest what should we do now? We are giving her currently maftol ascoril and matrax drops as prescribed by doctor.
