I suspect I have low testosterone. What should I do now?

Get a testosterone blood test done preferably early in the morning between 7 to 10 AM. During these hours, your testosterone levels are typically the highest.
Dr. Yusuf Suggests...
Take a D Dimer Test Test or Take a FILARIA ANTIGEN Test

View allI am a 46 year old man experiencing erectile dysfunction for the past 3 months. My blood tests show low free testosterone, high estradiol, and high FSH levels. The endocrinologist initially prescribed Modula for 10 days, but I did not experience any improvement. He then suggested testosterone replacement therapy. I have not started TRT and instead opted for Ayurvedic treatment recommended by a well known sexologist in Delhi. However, after 2 months, there has been little improvement. I no longer have morning erections and have been unable to have sexual intercourse due to poor erections for 3 months. I have a few questions: Should I consider starting testosterone replacement therapy? Is TRT the only effective option for me? What are the potential long term complications of TRT?

Hi I am 33 years old and still not married. I have erectile dysfunction and I am taking tablets for it. If I stop taking them for one or two months my erection reduces again. My report shows blood reversal in the penis in three areas. What is the permanent solution for this? Will I be fully curable and have good sex? I am planning to get married in September.
