I took 100 mg Mazetol for 10 days, and for the next 7 months I did not have any issues. After seven months, the problem recurred along with Widal fever, and I took Mazetol again for 10 days, after which I was fine for 8 months. Now, I have been experiencing the same symptoms for the past 4 days. My liver function test shows serum bilirubin of 3.30, while all other parameters are normal. What could be the cause, and what should I do?

Elevated bilirubin (3.3) despite normal LFT suggests mild liver dysfunction. Needs repeat test and ultrasound to assess liver condition. Avoid oily, spicy food.
Dr. Yusuf Suggests...
Take a LFT (Liver Function) Test Test or Take a Lipid Profile Test Test
