I took Letrozole from day 3 to day 7 of my cycle and ovulated on the 12th day, after which I received an hCG injection on the same day. From day 20 to day 26, I took Duphaston 10 mg. I have not got my period yet, and I have no PMS symptoms so far. My urine pregnancy test came back negative. Is my period delayed because of Duphaston, or is there still a chance that I could be pregnant? How can I confirm this, and until which day should I wait before testing again?

Duphaston can delay your periods if pregnancy has occurred or due to hormonal support, making it unclear whether your period is delayed or you have conceived. A negative urine pregnancy test may occur if testing is done too early after Duphaston. Wait for 5 to 7 days after stopping Duphaston before expecting your period. If your period does not start, you can book a Serum Beta hCG test for accurate pregnancy confirmation. Continue a healthy diet and avoid stress during this period.

View allMy sister has undergone two IUI cycles with injections. She is currently on Duphaston 10, Gestofit 400 SR, DHEA Sure, and Primiwal E4. Today is her 15 DPO, but her urine pregnancy test is negative. She is experiencing cramps, nausea, back pain, leg pain, and occasional knee pain. Could the test result be wrong? When would be the right time to test again?

After unprotected intercourse three months ago, I have had two negative urine pregnancy tests and three normal periods. But some people told me that it is possible to have periods and still be pregnant. Is this possible?
Answered by Apollo Doctors
In my previous beta hcg test, my hcg level was 212. My abortion procedure is complete. After 15 days, I repeated the beta hcg test and now my hcg level is 8.25. I want to know whether I am pregnant or not? I have attached my report.
