I took Letrozole from day 3 to day 7 of my cycle and ovulated on the 12th day, after which I received an hCG injection on the same day. From day 20 to day 26, I took Duphaston 10 mg. I have not got my period yet, and I have no PMS symptoms so far. My urine pregnancy test came back negative. Is my period delayed because of Duphaston, or is there still a chance that I could be pregnant? How can I confirm this, and until which day should I wait before testing again?

Duphaston can delay your periods if pregnancy has occurred or due to hormonal support, making it unclear whether your period is delayed or you have conceived. A negative urine pregnancy test may occur if testing is done too early after Duphaston. Wait for 5 to 7 days after stopping Duphaston before expecting your period. If your period does not start, you can book a Serum Beta hCG test for accurate pregnancy confirmation. Continue a healthy diet and avoid stress during this period.

View allI am 30 years old and have been trying to conceive for four years without success. All my test reports are normal, so the doctor advised IUI. I did it in September but there was no positive result. My period started on 28/10. My last period was brown with little discharge for three days. Since then, I am feeling lower abdomen cramps and pain, watery discharge when I do a little more work, and sometimes burning. Please suggest any solution?

Seventeen days after my IUI, I took a urine pregnancy test, and it is showing a faint line. I have attached a photo of the test for reference.

Hello, my egg ruptured. Since then, I have had a slightly high body temperature, mild pain on the left side of my abdomen, a little headache, and back pain. Could I be pregnant? Can a pregnancy test be done just 3 days after ovulation? Please advise.
