She took pregnancy tests on 24th, 26th, 27th, and 28th August, and all were negative. One doctor advised taking Meprate tablets, but I am still confused. Could she be pregnant, and is it safe to take Meprate in this situation? What should we do next?

Hi Doctor, I was married on 22nd July, and my period was due on 10th August. I did a home urine pregnancy test, which showed a positive result. Yesterday, we confirmed with a Beta HCG blood test, which showed a value of 4152 mIU/mL. Does this confirm my pregnancy, and how many weeks pregnant am I likely to be? Hello doctor, I had spotting, thread-like, once a day on 7, 8, and 9 DPO, then it stopped. Again, from 13 DPO, I am having brown discharge. Today, on 15 DPO, I am having a little more discharge. I am also suffering from mild to moderate back pain since 4 DPO and today I had light cramps on and off. My period is late by 4 days. I took a pregnancy test at 12 DPO but it was negative. What may be the reason for these symptoms and on and off spotting?

I took a pregnancy test on the morning of my missed period, and it showed negative. However, I still have doubts. I had sexual intercourse on the 11th day of my cycle?

Testing on the first missed day may be too early. Day 11 is within the fertile window, so pregnancy is possible. Repeat test after 2 to 3 days or take a Serum beta hCG Test for confirmation.
