I want to do an HIV test just to check that nothing happened in the past. It says HIV 1, 2, PCR. What exactly should I choose?

If no recent exposure, a regular screening test is enough. HIV 1 & 2 Antigen/Antibody (4th Gen) is best for general checkup. HIV PCR is for early detection (within 10 to 14 days of risk) not needed if you had no recent exposure. PCR is expensive and used in special cases (early high risk or newborns).

I completed the course, but my period still has not started. I do not have thyroid or hormonal problems. What could be the reason, and what should I do?

Hi, I usually have irregular periods, sometimes as infrequent as once in 15 days. I consulted a doctor, who examined my reports and mentioned an initial stage of PCOD, prescribing medication for 2 months. After taking the medicines, my periods were normal. My first period after marriage was normal, but now the same problem has returned. I have taken a pregnancy test, and it is negative.
