I want to know if my niece is virgin or not. Her urine reports have consistently shown full of pus cells for the past three years.

There is no medical test that can determine whether someone is a virgin. However, a persistent presence of pus cells in urine over 3 years could mean chronic urinary tract infection (UTI), or a structural issue in the urinary system. Please consult a urologist and consider further imaging tests.
