My urine report shows: Pus cells: 8 to 10 / HPF RBC: Nil Epithelial cells: 10 to 12 / HPF What does this indicate? Is everything normal?

Pus cells 8 to 10/HPF means mildly raised. May indicate minor urine infection. RBC nil is good. Epithelial cells 10 to 12/HPF may be normal. Not serious but monitor. Recommend Urine Culture test. Stay hydrated, maintain hygiene.

View allHi, my wife and I went on a 12 days international vacation and were scheduled to go for our 12 week pregnancy scan immediately after returning. We had a long international flight and got the scan and urine test immediately. While the NT scan and other reports are fine, the urine report shows 6 to 8 pus cells with a urine pH of 8. Is this possibly due to temporary dehydration from travel or is it something more serious? My wife does not have any other symptoms and is fine. We are asking this since we can only meet our doctor in a wee time. Thanks.

My father is 67 years old and we have taken a urine test for him as he mentioned that the color of his urine has been yellow for quite some time. In the urine test report, it shows pus cells 25 to 30 per HPF, RBC 4 to 5 per HPF, and epithelial cells 4 to 6 per HPF. What does this mean? Can you please provide your guidance? I am attaching the report with this query. Thank you in advance.

I recently underwent dental treatment and took antibiotics during that time. I have also had a semen analysis, which showed 24 to 26 pus cells. Could taking antibiotics have caused the increase in pus cells in my semen?
