During this time, we have undergone various tests based on the advice of doctor, and we have also consulted her regarding the test reports. I would like advice regarding the problems she experiences just before and during her periods, which include vomiting and urinary tract infections that continue during menstruation. What could be the reasons for these symptoms, and what steps should we take to manage them?

I am 37 years old. I have acne on face upper back and neck. I had acne problem for a long time. It used to appear more during the start of menstrual cycle but recently after pregnancy my baby is 6 months old now the problem has accelerated. During pregnancy one of my reports showed PCOS in right ovary. I conceived naturally and no treatment was taken. I consulted an allopathic doctor who said it is due to hormonal changes and prescribed Persol gel but I feel it is not effective. Please suggest some medicine? I want to get rid of acne.

I have been trying to conceive for the past 8 months. Today, on the 3rd day of my cycle, I had a follicle study, and the report shows a cyst in my right ovary. My doctor advised me to test FSH, LH, and E2 to decide whether we should proceed with Letrozole this cycle or skip it. Is it still possible for me to conceive this month?
