I was treated for H. pylori infection and am currently on medication from your clinic. However, I am experiencing poor digestion and low energy after meals. I did an LFT test, and my ALT and AST levels are high. I have attached the report here. Please advise on the next steps and management.

Liver enzymes may be elevated due to medication or fatty liver. Consider liver protective diet, repeat test post treatment.

My abdominal ultrasound shows Grade 1 fatty liver, and the rest of the findings are normal.

I recently had a blood test, and my results show: Aspartate Aminotransferase (SGOT, Photometry): 37.3 U/L Alanine Aminotransferase (SGPT, Photometry): 76.3 U/L The SGPT value is significantly above the upper normal limit. Could this indicate a liver problem? Please advise.

My father, 58 years old, recently felt pain in the abdomen. The doctor advised an ultrasonography. After the test, the report showed that there are stones present in the gall bladder and some infection too.
