I would like to understand if my SGPT report is normal or if there is anything concerning in it. Although my doctor mentioned everything is normal, I want to be sure.

If your doctor said it is normal and you are not feeling unwell, there is no cause for concern. You can recheck liver tests every 6 months if you would like to be sure.
