I'm 24 and my foreskin still covers the tip of my penis it doesn't retract back. Will this cause problems in my sex life? Is circumcision really necessary for having sex? I'd prefer not to get surgery. Should I be worried about this or is it normal?

Having a foreskin that doesn't fully retract (phimosis) isn't necessarily a problem and doesn't automatically mean you'll have difficulties with sex or need circumcision. It's a common condition, especially in young boys, and can even persist into adulthood for some.

I'm dealing with a bit of an issue. I masturbate every day, and sometimes my penis gets really dry, especially after going at it continuously. Had a circumcision surgery last Saturday on 14 April but since yesterday I noticed some pus in the wound and it hurts when I try to clean it. Started taking ceftum 500 twice a day but not sure if washing with warm water will help or make the pus worse
