I'm a bit concerned because my random blood sugar level was 154 just 1 hour and 15 minutes after having breakfast. I'm not on any medication, but I do lead a pretty sedentary lifestyle with little physical activity. I try to eat healthy and stay away from sugar and oil. Should I be worried about this sugar level?
