He doesn't really show any obvious symptoms of a cold but I've noticed he sneezes once or twice in the evenings and sometimes I hear a sound from his chest, although not consistently. Could this mean he has a cold or cough, even though he doesn't have a runny or stuffy nose? What should I do?
