I've been dealing with pain in both my testicles and thighs for about a year now, and I'm not sure if I should see an orthopedic specialist or a urologist. I've been having this issue where every time I get sexual feelings, there's this white jelly-like stuff leaking from my penis, and I feel a burning sensation. It's not just down there but in my legs too, and my body feels hotter than usual. I had intercourse about 10 months ago, got an infection, and even though that got better after 5 months, these symptoms started showing up. The burning in my legs is really bad, and I can't figure out what's going on. I've seen a bunch of doctors, but nothing's worked. Can you help me understand what might be happening and what I should do about it?
