I'm looking at my x-ray report, and it mentions that the bronchovascular markings are prominent. Is this something I should be worried about? What does it actually mean, and could it be related to any serious lung issues? I would really appreciate some clarity on this.

I've been feeling this pain on the right side of my chest whenever I take a deep breath or sneeze. It's been going on for about two months, and sometimes it feels mild, but other times it's sharp. I'm having some issues at night that have been really concerning me. I keep waking up in the middle of my sleep, feeling breathless and coughing a lot. It's like I can't breathe properly for about half an hour, but then everything goes back to normal, and I can sleep again. I've noticed there's this weird whistling sound coming from my nose when I'm breathing during that time. People have told me I snore really loudly, which gets interrupted by my coughing fits. I went to a general physician before and was on some tablets for a month which seemed to help, but now the problem is back. I'm wondering if I should see a chest specialist. What could be causing all this?
