I'm really worried about this high fever that's been going onit's been reaching 103 to 104 degrees since Friday night, and there's been vomiting three times. Whenever I give medicine, the temperature drops to 101.3 but then spikes back up when it's time for the next dose. What should I do? Is there something else I can try to bring the fever down?

View allI'm really concerned because my mom, my 17-month-old son, and I ate a mango that had these white maggot-like worms in it. My mom and I ended up vomiting afterward, and we even saw some of the worms still moving. I'm really worried about whether this could have any effects, especially on my son. Can you offer any advice on what I should do?
The worms you are describing may be parasitic worms that can cause health issues. You should consult a healthcare professional to get the proper diagnosis and treatment. In the meantime, you can consider taking Albendazole 400mg tablet as a deworming medication for adults. For your 17-month-old son, you can give him Albendazole suspension in a dosage appropriate for his weight. Make sure to follow the dosage instructions provided by the healthcare professional.

Can I use a nebulizer for my daughter while she's asleep? She's been taking off the mask when she's awake. The doctor suggested using duolin 1ml mixed with 1ml of NS liquid.
-It's generally not recommended to use a nebulizer while your daughter is asleep because it can be hard to ensure the mask stays in place and she gets the full dose. You can try gently waking her up for the treatment, or consult your doctor for alternativ
