I'm really worried about my wife's nasal congestion. She's 21 weeks pregnant and it's been really severe. She already took a Montek LC but it doesn't seem to be helping with the cold. Could you tell me which nasal drop would be safe for her to use in the second trimester of pregnancy?

I had a medical abortion a few days ago. I took mifepristone and misoprostol as instructed, but I haven't had any stomach cramps and only noticed slight bleeding for 45 hours. I've been feeling nauseous and even vomited a couple of times, but not right after taking the tabletit was about 3 hours later. The kit I used had 1 mifepristone, which I took two days before, and 4 misoprostol tablets that I took two each with a 78-hour gap in between. I'm really worriedis the abortion successful? If it isn't, what should I do? Is it okay to repeat the process?
