I'm really worried about some redness and cuts on my penis. I've been taking medicine for the past couple of days, but I'm still not getting any relief. It feels super distressing, like it's going to be fatal or something. I'm using Onabet B cream, but I'm desperate for help to get rid of the cuts and redness. What should I do?
