I'm really worried because my periods have been irregular for the last two months. My usual date was supposed to be the 14th of this month, but today is the 29th, so I'm 15 days late. I've had sex twice, with the last time being in January. My periods used to be on time, and now I'm not sure what's going on. Could this be something I should be concerned about?

It seems like your menstrual cycle has been irregular for the past couple of months, and youre experiencing a delay of 15 days this time. While it could be due to stress, hormonal changes, or other factors, if the irregularity persists, it's a good idea to consult a doctor for a proper evaluation, especially since you've had a gap in sexual activity.

My partner and I have noticed that during sex, initially, theres a lot of tightness, but then it seems to loosen after a few seconds. Is this a common thing, or should we be worried? I'd love to understand why this happens and if there's something we should do?

This could be due to **erectile dysfunction** or difficulty maintaining an erection, which may be linked to stress, anxiety, fatigue, or medical conditions like poor blood flow or hormonal imbalances. A consultation with a doctor is important to assess the underlying cause and explore treatment options.

I'm really worried because my periods have been irregular since I got married about a year ago. Things were okay for a few months, but then they went off track again. My last period was on February 9th, and now its March, and still nothing. I went to see a gyno on the 13th of March. She did a urine pregnancy test, which came back negative, and she prescribed me some meds like SYSRON-NCR for 10 days and BNC and CLEMENSTOL syrup for a month. Ive taken them, but nothing has changed. On top of that, Im feeling really unwell with body aches, along with severe stomach and waist pain. I want to conceive, but with everything going on, I'm not sure what to do next. Can you give me some advice?

I'm 30 weeks pregnant and just found out that my amniotic fluid index is 20.8 cm. I'm a bit worried if this is normal. My blood sugar levels and glucose tolerance test were normal, and I don't have an RH negative blood type. Could there be a reason for this high fluid level? And, is there anything I can do to reduce the excess fluid?
